Coffee with the Principal
Join us, Monday, February 4th from 8:30-9:30 in the school gym for Coffee with the Principal. This event will feature coffee, light breakfast, and lots of opportunity to brainstorm ways we can work toward an even brighter future for Hydesville School. We hope you can join us!

Congratulations to eighth grader Jimmy Sawley on becoming the 2018-19 Hydesville Elementary School geography bee champion! Jimmy completed a grueling online test which may qualify him to advance to the next level of competition. Good luck!

Attendance Cup
Congratulations to Mrs. Riggs’ class for winning the January Attendance Cup! Her first grade students attended school over 97% of the month! And a BIG honorable mention to our LITTLEST students- Our three transitional kindergarten students attended 100% of the month! Wow!
Hundreds of Box Tops!
The 100th day of school is this Wednesday and in honor of this momentous numerical landmark we are having a Box Tops for Education drive. Each class is tasked with filling one (or more!) 100 charts with Box Tops. The drive ends Friday, February 15th so clip out and send in your Box Tops soon.
Music Teacher (Still) Wanted
We are still seeking a one day per week music teacher. If you know someone with the skills to bring general music enrichment or specific instrument instruction to our students please encourage them to contact the office.
